What a visit can include
Every visit is a thorough once-over. Depending on your system and the season, that can include a full multi-point inspection, cleaning the condenser base pan, checking refrigerant and electrical components, inspecting and cleaning the blower assembly, clearing and flushing the drain lines, inspecting the heat exchanger and cleaning the burners on a gas furnace, confirming your thermostat is working right, and a visual check of your ductwork.
